**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install solar panels and related equipment on rooftops and ground-mounted systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar systems.
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations.
- Perform system testing to verify proper functionality after installation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation techniques is essential.
- Experience with solar panel installation or related construction work is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to solar installation are a plus.
