,**ABOUT US** **Sibros Building Maintenance Inc. is looking for a cleaner to join us We provide cleaning services in multiple cities throughout the lower mainland and offer our employees competitive wages, commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and possible opportunities for career development in the industry.** **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Job 1: Strata Common Areas Cleaner and Litter Pick Up (Ironwood)** **Wage**: $20.00 per hour **Location**:No 5 Rd and Steveston Hwy, Richmond **Schedule**:2 times per week (Saturday and Monday) **Hours**: Saturday for 3.5 hours (9am-12:30pm), Monday for 5.5 hours (9am-3pm with 30 min break) **Job 2: Exterior Litter Pick Up** **Wage**: $22.00 per hour **Location**:N Fraser Way and Marine Way, Burnaby, BC **Schedule**:2 times per month (Saturday or Sunday) **Hours**: 2.5 hours per session (5 hours per month) Mandatory qualifications: - You own a smartphone with data - You own and drive a vehicle - You are authorized to work in Canada - No subcontractors Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience - Experience in surface disinfection - Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**: - Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas - Garbage and recycling disposal - Clean windows and mirrors - Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high - Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products **If you are interested in joining our team, please respond to this posting with the following documents and information**: - Resume - Availability (What days and times are you available during the week) - References (mandatory) - We thank all applicants for their submissions.
