Due to our growing events business, we are seeking Junior Sales Manager who may either be experienced sales professionals OR those looking to get into their first sales role Charbar was voted Top Unique Wedding Venue for 2025, we are excited to find a Junior Sales Manager to join our events team

**Responsibilities**
- Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company
- Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new

business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling,
events, and high-level prospecting.
- Articulating the services available and tailoring it to client-specific needs
- Complete BEO's and ensure execution of events exceeds clients expectations
- Manage client interactions and communication through our CRM software
- Ensure accuracy of invoicing
- Complete site tours
- Administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain high level of client and guest service

**Requirements**:

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication
- Be target driven and thrive in a fast paced, team goal focused environment
- Previous hospitality experience in a hotel events or restaurant catering environment would be beneficial
- Creative thinker, able to generate original ideas and develop innovative solutions, willing to explore possibilities beyond the norm
- Adept at balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
