**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **skilled and experienced Landscaper** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of landscaping and **hardscaping projects**, including site preparation, grading, planting, sod installation, retaining wall construction, paver installations, and other outdoor enhancements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate medium-heavy equipment to perform excavation, grading, and other tasks
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete landscaping projects
- Installation of bricks, pavers, retaining walls and other hardscape features
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants according to landscape plans
- Site preparation and grading
- Sod and turf installation
- Installation of fences, garden beds and more
- Compaction and installation of base grades for concrete and pavers
- Assist with the installation of outdoor lighting systems
- Follow blueprints to ensure accurate installation of landscape elements
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to carry 50 -100lbs and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to get to and from work reliably (punctual)
- Can lead a crew for short periods of time when needed
- Previous experience in landscape construction or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints for accurate installation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
