**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy; Performing manual tasks in the production process.
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management, including Morbern’s COVID-19 safety protocols.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Physically capable of manual labour that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Able to work rotational shifts (days, evenings, overnights, and weekends). Shifts are 8 hours and 12 hours in length depending on the department.
- Must have a good work ethic, be punctual and have a reliable attendance record.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years’ experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.

Pay: $22.45 per hour
