**Position Title**: Bilingual Office Administrator (English and Mandarin/Cantonese)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring effective communication with both English and Chinese-speaking clients.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, translate, and manage documents and correspondence in both languages as needed.
- **Office Coordination**: Oversee office supplies inventory, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate client records, transaction files, and other essential documentation.
- **Team Collaboration**: Assist various departments with clerical tasks to enhance overall productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office management software.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Interpersonal Abilities**: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address and resolve issues proactively.
- **Cultural Competence**: Understanding of and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring respectful and effective communication.
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
