**JOB PURPOSE**:
Reporting to the Physician Services Manager, the Physician Services Coordinator is responsible for driving the success of onboarding, integrating and offboarding physicians into and out of the Medicentres network. This role will provide hands-on training to physicians, support physician recruitment activities, onboard and integrate new physicians, provide quality support and customer service, assist with physician scheduling, offboard physicians and support meeting physician services goals. Additionally, liaising with Operations regarding the above items and all physician matters.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Coordinator
Onboarding and integration of new physicians into Medicentres practice and culture.
Coordinating onboarding meeting, onboarding process, and all administrative matters relating to Physician recruitment up to first shift;
Follow-up, tracking and documentation in MONDAY CRM
Continued support to onboarded physicians in becoming acclimated to the Medicentres community.
Offboarding physicians out of organization.
Develop an offboarding process, implement and coordinate all offboarding
Follow-up, tracking and documentation in MONDAY CRM
Liaising with Operations regarding physician matters.
Coordinate all Physician surveys and communications from Physician Services (onboarding survey, billing survey, annual survey, etc.)
Ensure physicians meet valid and current licensing requirements.
Coordinates and/or facilitates physician training, including but not limited to:
The use of the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Systems for all geographies;
The use of the virtual platform through the EMR.
Assisting in physician recruitment and strategy, working cross functionally with Operations
Ongoing relationship management with current network of physicians and updating MONDAY as needed.
Support the integration of new/ acquired clinics into the Medicentres network.
Conduct and develop specialized reports and studies to guide controls, decision making and assure quality/minimize risk.
Assist with documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for physician programs.
Netcare Administrator for Medicentres and supports Physician enrollment.
Connect Carer Administrator for Medicentres and supports Physician enrollment.
Physician Scheduling
Provide on call coverage during evenings and weekends for scheduling emergencies (alternating weekends and alternating weeks for evenings, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with approximately 4 hours per week of coverage.
Schedule physicians to ensure coverage for all clinics in absence of Lead Physician Scheduler.
Complete monthly physician on call schedule in absence of Lead Physician Scheduler.
Organizational Standards

Lead and/or participate in cross-functional project teams to advance strategic and operational projects and objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
Strong relationship management experience is required.
Experience in multi-unit scheduling is an asset.
Must be able to establish rapport and effective working relationships with physicians.
Understands and demonstrates customer service and works to build organizational credibility.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
EMR experience (Med Access) is an asset.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suites and MONDAY CRM is required.
Demonstrated ability to be responsive, adaptable, and flexible.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
