Filtration Operator

Come brew memories with us We have a fantastic opportunity in our Brewing & Blending Department.
The Filtration Operator will be expected to operate in the brewhouse, cellars, filtration, blending and kegging in a safe manner, according to established procedures, for the production of wort, monitor fermentation and aging cellars, and operate the filtration cellar to complete the all the steps in producing beers, ciders, and ready-to-drink blends.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices as prescribed (GMP)
- Ensure Good Housekeeping Practices are aligned with the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS)
- Complete all production reports and forms both accurately and legibly
- Report any maintenance issues to Brewing Supervisor
- Report any deviations from standard practice, procedure (out of specification) to Brewing Supervisor
- Report any safety issues to the Brewing Supervisor
- Complete all other duties as assigned by the Brewing Supervisor
**Education, Skills and Experience**
- High School Diploma Required
- Post-Secondary Education in a related field is preferred
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a strong technical aptitude
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
**Additional Requirements**
- Must be able to stand, lift up to 20lbs, twist, bend and climb
- Must be able to work night shift
- Must be able to work in a highly functioning team environment
- Must be able to work overtime to meet seasonal requirements
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
**Working Conditions**
- Cold cellar temperatures of approx. 4°
- Warm brewhouse temperatures up to approx. 30°
- Tanker receiving includes exposure to outside elements
- Climbing stairs, bending, twisting & lifting (floor to waist and shoulder heights up to 50 lbs)
- Pulling and dragging hoses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
