**Job Summary**
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or needs related to facilities maintenance.
- Assist with heavy lifting as required during cleaning or maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
