**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose, resolve and report first level IT hardware and software tickets
- Act as a point of contact for all computer and system related concerns for clients and other employees
- Setup and configure workstations, monitors, printers, and other ID related systems
- Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates
**Mandatories**
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years’ experience as a Desktop Support Specialist
**Assets**
- Technical certification in relevant computer languages or software field

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
