Supervisory Opportunity

We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor. This individual will play an important role within the Fresh Cuts Team.

This is a full-time position consisting of 35-40 hours per week. Above average renumeration, Salary to be determined based on job compatibility and experience. Full benefit plan.

Duties: (will include, but are not limited to): staff/store supervision, opening and closing the store, assisting all departments as needed, provide team leadership, foster the growth of our unique team spirit, team mentorship with the best customer service.

**Requirements**:
Superior customer service.

Previous supervisory experience.

Excellent communication skills to clearly communicate expectations and goals to the team to ensure they can perform their duties effectively. The ability to communicate diplomatically and tactfully with team members. Conflict resolution skills to be able to resolve conflicts in a professional and effective manner.

Effective management skills to motivate the team. To ensure productivity and that the team is functioning smoothly and efficiently within their departments and throughout the whole store. Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to work closely with team members and foster an environment of positivity and collaboration which contributes to a strong team spirit.

Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. To think and react quickly and efficiently to varying situations. The ability to work under pressure in stressful situations.

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
