**About the Job**
The primary responsibility is to oversee the verification, collection, and input of client, customer, and master item data into the AS400 and other internal systems. **Position Accountabilities**
- Co-manage the ongoing verification of data within the AS400 system to ensure complete records for item management, client/brand information and customer specific records.
- Oversee data collection for new brands and line extensions to ensure all required information is provided and inputted into the AS400 system. This includes pricing, marketing and nutritional information, stewardship, attributes, allergens, and ecology.
- Partake in data cleansing activities and aid in developing routine interval checks to ensure accuracy, completeness and overall system synchronicities.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure certificates, third-party authentications and brand/customer forms are complete, categorized and readily available for use by all other departments.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy, identify real or potential challenges and pressures to the business. Provide corrective action advice when necessary.
- Contribute ideas and actions towards improvement of processes for data collection.
- Must maintain good attendance and maintain safe work practices.
- Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
- Other duties and special projects as requested.
**Experience and Qualifications Required**
- Minimum 3-year post-secondary degree/diploma
- Proficiency in MS Office programs with Advanced Excel skills including vlookup, macros, and pivot tables
- Ability to learn new platforms including Power BI
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills written and oral; ability to professionally present information to leaders
- Ability to respond to competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency
- High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and dependability
**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
