Qualifications Education:

- Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
- Membership in good-standing with professional order or College
- Certified or extensively trained in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and, or Narrative Therapy.

**Experience**:

- Experienced with diverse & complex concerns such as couples, family, risk, and addictions.
- Proficient with Jane App, digital communication, and case tracking.
- Experienced in utilizing performance metrics to enhance client satisfaction and optimize service delivery.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to the ebb and flow of daily responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
