Surrey, Canada Basalite Concrete Full time

**Qualifications**:The successful applicant will have experience in an industrial setting. Prospective employees will be healthy and fit and capable of performing physically demanding work, lifting of up to 40kg is required. You must be proficient at communicating in English (both written and verbal) and be able to complete paperwork neatly and accurately.

**Duties**:The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of Concrete Block or Dry Mix production. These functions include, but are not limited to:

- Laboring
- General clean up
- Production / assembly line work
- Hand stacking and hand piling products
- Inspection for quality and conformance to standards
- Equipment and machinery operation

You are required to keep your work area clean and organized to assist your co-workers and to perform any and all tasks as directed by management and /or leadhands.

- Plant environment with loud noise and moving machinery
- Dust and dirty conditions
- Outdoor weather conditions
- Mandatory use of PPE
- Communication in English, both written and spoken
- Shift work

**Salary**: $25.69 per hour
