Some of our most popular services are exterior building cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing and winter management. We are seeking a Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor for our window cleaning crew. The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for maintain crews for Window, Gutter and Awning Cleaning. As a supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the work of cleaners within your department.

**Location of work office**:5118 North Fraser Way suite 120, Burnaby, BC, V5J 0H1 (Various sites within the lower mainland area)

**Salary**: $28.00 / hour/ 40 hours a week

**Vacancies**: 1 vacancy

**Terms of employment**:Permanent employment, Full time40 hours / week

**Start date**: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day

**Languages: English**

**Education**: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

**Experience**: 2 years to less than 3 years

**Work site environment**:

- Confined spaces, heights, noisy, odours, dusty, outdoors, cold and hot work setting
- Office building and Commercial facility

**Tasks**:

- Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers,
- Inspect sites or facilities afterwards to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Recommend / arrange for additional maintenance services
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
- Establish procedures & schedule for cleaners to ensure adherence to these standards and procedures are met consistently
- Assisting cleaners by coaching and developing their skills
- Assign duties/roles to cleaners and ensure that they are carried out as per company standards
- Provide inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
- Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and misuse
- Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
