Title: Wholesale Account Manager

Overview:
The Wholesale Account Manager will be responsible for working within the Sourcing & Sales team, under the direction of Head of Sourcing & Sales, managing relationships with wholesale clients to drive sales and ensuring timely order processing while delivering excellent customer service. The Employee will work based at the Company’s distribution operations but will service clients throughout BC and will be critical to building and promoting the Company’s wholesale offering.

General:
1. Report directly to Head of Sourcing & Sales, while working cross-functionally with other teams and interacting regularly with individual department heads to ensure that the Company’s operational, business development, sales and marketing, and strategic priorities are aligned with the Employee’s performance.

2. Be available to work onsite at the Company office and site/facility, and to travel to other places of business as required from time to time, for the benefit of the Company, at the direction of the Head of Sourcing & Sales.

3. Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively. This includes meeting deadlines, achieving performance goals, and delivering high-quality work.

4. Maintain a professional demeanor and behavior in and out of the workplace. This includes dressing appropriately, treating colleagues and customers with respect, and following company policies and procedures.

5. The Employee should actively listen, express themselves clearly, and communicate information promptly and accurately to colleagues, managers, and clients.

6. Work well with others, contribute to group projects, share knowledge and ideas, and resolve conflicts constructively.

7. Ensure adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks or responsibilities as required, including adjusting to shifting priorities, and learning new skills.

8. Hire, train and oversee direct reports, as applicable.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, including dispensaries, retailers, and other businesses the Company services. Understand their needs, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues that arise.

2. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate sales by actively promoting and selling cannabis products to existing and potential wholesale clients. Assist with developing and implementing strategies to expand the client base and increase sales revenue.

3. Order Processing and Inventory Management: Ensure Operations Team Receives and processes client orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely delivery. Coordinate with the Processing, Pick & Pack, and Inventory Teams to manage product flow, inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels based on client demands and market trends.

4. Product Knowledge and Education: Stay up to date with the latest cannabis products, industry regulations, and market trends. Provide pop-ups, product education and training to wholesale clients, including information on product features, benefits, usage guidelines, and compliance requirements.

5. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth, assess market trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales performance.

6. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to the wholesale distribution of cannabis products in BC and Canada. Stay informed about changes in regulations and work with the Compliance Team to maintain adherence.

7. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Growth, Operations, and Customer Service, and external teams such as 3rd party Sales Reps, to coordinate activities and ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates, resolving issues promptly, and addressing any concerns.

8. Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Act as a primary point of contact for client support and ensure timely resolution of any issues or challenges.

9. Industry Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and relationships, and to stay informed about industry trends and act as a representative of the Company, to promote its products and services.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
