**What will you do?**
- Coordinate and manage Solutions and Quoted Service Project bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded by reviewing pre-booking packages and post booking packages in SAP for accuracy.
- Perform required checks such as Damex and SPS as required
- Process all change orders, NCCs, Bucket Management, and Margin Uplift requests in SAP
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to confirm bookings and provide necessary information and updates as needed
- Respond to inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings.
- Collaborate cross functionally with team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in developing, implementing and improving booking procedures and policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders ensuring a positive and professional experience

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Completion of a college or university degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar and related field.
- Experience working with SAP or similar systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Motivated and efficient under pressure; good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary range: $60,000-65,000
