New Home Listing Specialist

Livabl is looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual with a passion for real estate to join our New Home Listings Team As a New Home Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our new residential construction data set and working to expand and maintain our database of new community pages. This involves researching new construction activity and updating Livabl with the information you have collected.

In addition to your primary role, you will also support the team in researching and gathering information on some of North American’s most challenging listings (“challenging” means that multiple attempts to obtain information have been unsuccessful and inquires have gone unanswered). You will conduct online research and outbound communication to obtain data for new home communities according to established Livabl methodologies.

What You Will Bring to the Team
You are highly data-driven and pay extremely close attention to the details, with an ability to quickly identify errors and inconsistencies in data

Experience in updating information online. This could be database work, data entry, records management, etc.

You’re on top of things - you’re well organized, you know how to prioritize items, and are quick to respond to requests

You’re a creative problem solver with the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly

Search engine savviness - you know how to manipulate Google into giving you every single detail about whatever you are looking for

Customer service experience is considered to be a strong asset - you know how to work with people, and how to build professional relationships

A strong interest in the real estate industry, particularly new construction

**Salary Range**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00
