Sales Supervisor

**B Town Auto Sales** is an automobile dealership located in GTA selling great used vehicles at the most competitive price. We are looking for **Sales Supervisor** to join our team.
Position responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up showroom, orienting and do promotional displays.
- Update feedbacks and collaborate with crew members to reach targets
- Keep a proper check on customer database and communication with them.
- Develop a healthy relationship with the customers to improve the possibility of future sale
- Develop and implement positive environment in the showroom by understanding customer demand and prospective
- Make sure customer obtain great services and answers to customer needs and questions.
- Taking customer on test drive and elaborating vehicles features and parts.
- Review daily cash bills, report, and paperwork which needs to be submitted on time.
- Assisting customer with detailed vehicle information and completing the required paperwork for a successful sale to be processed.
- Assign salespersons to specific duties.
Employment requirements:
Minimum secondary school education is required.
1 month to 7 months work experience in office setup is required.
Wages: CAD 30. 00 to CAD 33.00 per hour for 32 - 40 hours work per week
Other benefits: 4% vacation pay
Terms: Permanent, Full Time
