Catalyst Surgical is a new plastic surgery clinic in Toronto serving the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, with a specialty in gender-affirming surgery (top surgery, facial fem/masc, body contouring).

Overview:
We are looking for a medical office administrator and surgical coordinator for our practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients on arrival to the clinic, check-in patients, handle invoicing and receipts, take payments
- Book patients for appointments, follow-ups
- Coordinate pre-surgical tests and appointments
- Coordinate clinic services such as waste pick-up, service and maintenance appointments,

Must have:

- Medical office experience, including familiarity with electronic medical records
- Proficient in front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and plastic surgery procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Great to have:
Experience, lived or acquired, in the transgender/gender diverse community and/or in T/GD care is an asset.

Experience in plastic surgery, ENT, OMFS also an asset, but not required.
