**About the Role**

We are looking for a Masters-level clinician to deliver WorkSafeBC’s Occupational Skills & Support (OSS) Program. This program supports injured workers experiencing mental health symptoms through structured group sessions and individual intake and discharge appointments.

**Mandatory Responsibilities**
- Deliver structured **group-based programming** several days a week (telehealth primarily).
- Complete **1:1 intake and discharge sessions** (in-person when available).
- Maintain **regular communication** with clients, employers, and relevant stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications (Mandatory per WorkSafeBC OSS Program)**
- **Master’s degree** (or equivalent).
- **Registered and in good standing** with a regulatory body (e.g., BCACC, CHCPBC).
- **Two years** of direct clinical experience supporting individuals with recovery-related challenges affecting return to work.
- Experience with **intake and discharge planning**.
- Experience in **workplace reintegration** and recovery-oriented practices.
- **Two years’ experience** delivering **skills-based group programming**.

**Optional (Not required)**
- 1:1 coaching sessions to support skill integration.
- Psychoeducation for family or support persons.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $70.00-$75.00 per year

Licence/Certification:
