- Receive documents from clients
- Organize and maintain client files
- Update records and spreadsheets
- Prepare financial statements from client’s books of records
- Review financial statements prepared by others
- File sales and tax returns by due dates
- Process client payroll, pay taxes/garnishments, and file returns by due dates Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements. Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions. Qualifications

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
