Summary of Role

**Required Training/Certificates/Licenses/Abilities**
- Valid Driver’s License
- WHMIS Training Certification
- Fall Arrest / Working at Heights Training Certification
- Level 1 First Aid Certification
- In-house staging/setup Training
- Fit and Strong to perform Site Labour when required
- Small equipment repair certification strongly desired

**Duties/Roles**
- Request, collect and deliver material/ tool/ equipment requests of active sites
- Mobilize/stage/demobilize sites
- Cleaning & organization of yard
- Stock yard with standard materials
- Stock trucks with common necessities
- Constant communication to management
- Tool inspection, tracking, and maintenance rotation
- Constant communication with operations manager, and if not available, contact owners
- Proactively communicate with elected staff as site stock liaison
- Cleaning & organization of yard

- Garbage and rubble dump collection and off loading
- Manage and organize site boxes and first aid stations
- Training “green” labourers on crew to company standards
- Collect, flag, and drop off “out of service” equipment/tools for service/maintenance
- Request, collect and deliver material/tool/equipment requests of active sites
- Collection, organization, and submission of site purchase receipts
- Reporting abuse of company tools, equipment, or policies
- Know which suppliers carry what items, and plan routes efficiently on deliveries
- General labouring duties (when required)

**Accountabilities**
- Yard upkeep & stock
- Organizing and tending to site needs, stock & deliveries
- Truck stock & upkeep
- Scheduling deliveries proactively
- Training Labourers
- Photographing all purchase receipts and post in designated project communication logs. Then organize and submit receipts in a timely fashion to management. When doing site rounds, collect and organize site receipts for submission to office
- Punctual, precise, and organized deliveries of requested items
- Company tool and equipment tracking
- Ensuring Daily, Weekly & Monthly “Routines Checklists” are followed and completed thoroughly.

- Construction: 1 year (required)

- Project planning: 1 year (required)
