**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support management and accounting team with administrative tasks
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage tracking schedules
- Maintain supply inventory and order materials as needed
- Assist in processing invoices, timesheets, contract binders and credit card reports
- Input and update project data in construction management software (e.g., Procore)
- Track compliance documents for all sites.
- Communicate professionally with subcontractors, clients, and vendors
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive project and personnel information
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience; residential construction industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with construction software tools is a plus (e.g., Procore, QuickBooks)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
