B to C Connections is now opening a third location for our face-to-face Business to Consumers sales activities. After 4 years in the New Brunswick market and 1 year in the Nova Scotia market, we are growing our concept from the East Coast-Maritimes to the big urban Canadian hub of Toronto As a few of our team members are moving from Halifax to Toronto, we need new bees ready to challenge themselves in Halifax

**Responsibilities**:
We have openings for Entry Level Business Associates at our brand-new Toronto/North York office In this entry-level role, one will use their natural enthusiasm to assist the new business division and client acquisitions team with all tasks involved in developing and executing our company's overall marketing plans. We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals, who want to succeed in a competitive high-energy environment.
Entry Level Business Associates are responsible for developing sales strategies and plans for new or existing products. The individuals are responsible for managing the marketing of a face-to-face campaign and for creating marketing strategies within the organization. Business associates are detail-oriented, outgoing, and excellent communicators. This job includes marketing, making sales and enhancing the brands value by interactions with customers. We take the time to develop and train each team member so that they can handle any task and take initiatives for all our campaigns.
**Requirements**:
Our office is comprised of very driven, self-motivated individuals who are very serious about their careers. We are filling entry-level full-time positions, so no experience is necessary. We will train all individuals in all aspects of our business from the ground up.

This job offers a competitive salary hourly wage guaranteed depending on experience $14-$20. The average salary is between $700-$1,000/week.

**Salary**: $700.00-$1,000.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
