**WHO WE ARE**
The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) was established in 1999 as an international independent agency to lead a collaborative worldwide movement for doping-free sport. As the global regulatory body, WADA’s primary role is to develop, harmonize and coordinate anti-doping rules and policies across all sports and countries. Our key activities include: scientific and social science research; education; intelligence & investigations; development of anti-doping capacity; and, monitoring of compliance with the World Anti-Doping Program.
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The Assistant, Results Management works closely with the other Assistant, Results Management, and the Coordinator, Results Management.
The Assistant provides support, where required to the General Counsel, the Associate Director, Results Management, and the Results Management Unit on any administrative or results management-related matter.
Where required, the Assistant also provides administrative support to the Director, Legal Affairs.
**MAIN CHALLENGES**
- Ability to independently organize and prioritize work, and to liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed;
- Manage of volume of diverse and complex tasks within a short timeframe.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides administrative support to the General Counsel as required;
- Supports the Results Management Unit in implementing the Results Management database (RMC), in particular by entering data on this platform, controlling the quality of these data and compiling statistics upon request;
- Assists the other Assistant - Results Management, Coordinator - Results Management, and Results Management Unit with various administrative tasks (proofreading, editing and formatting of documents, letters and reports, creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets or other material);
- Manages departmental Inbox, flags/forwards queries to relevant team member(s);
- Files correspondence, manage and organize records and files;
- Ensures Data Entry and upload documents to the Results Management database;
- Performs data searches, verifies data through source documents and prepares relevant reports as needed;
- Coordinates travel arrangements with WADA Travel desk;
- Contributes to other initiatives, as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Legal Assistant Diploma, Certification or equivalent;
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in relevant role required;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word required;
- Excellent oral and written skills in one of the two WADA official languages (English/French) and very good command of the other official language; additional languages would be an asset;
- High level of discretion and confidentiality;
- Very precise and detail-oriented with strong organization and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and work under tight deadline;
- Periodic work in the evening or on weekends;
