**Your Part in It**:
Working out of our Mississauga office in Ontario, we are looking for our next Warehouse Invoicing Coordinator. Working within the Warehouse department, you will responsible for overseeing various invoicing and financial processes in relation to our Warehouse operation.

**Warehouse Invoicing Coordinator**

**What the Job Entails**:

- Oversees the billing process from beginning to end, to ensure all steps are followed in order for clients to be invoiced for their Warehouse Related Services.
- Reviews end of month System Reports Data to assess Billing details per client based on monthly business transactions.
- Reviews data for any discrepancies, addresses any issues to managers as required.
- Using internal tools & systems, creates client Invoices based on reporting data results ensuring accuracy, and details meet clients and business needs.
- Works closely with other finance members of the company, ie: AR, AP to ensure any invoicing related, either internal or external client related questions or concerns are responded and resolved in a timely fashion.
- Receives External Invoices and ensures Warehouse suppliers Invoices are approved by corresponding managers and sent off to payment.

- Relevant Warehouse Or invoicing Experience is required
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- Time Management
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
