We are recruiting for a hybrid position as a **MOBILE DETAILING/ WASH BAYPRESSURE WASHING TECHNICIAN** to join our Calgary Team. We are developing a new division within our Company to better service our existing customers.

**POSITION DETAILS**:

- This position will be a mix of both interior detailing, and exterior pressure washing of commercial vehicles
- Full time, permanent
- 40 hours / week
- 8 hours / day
- You must enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, year around, (this is not seasonal work)
- **Physically demanding**, manual dexterity, ability to stand for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, repetitive tasks, heavy lifting.
- All PPE provided except steel toe boots
- Must be available to work **EVERY WEEKEND**, as part of your regular 5-day schedule
- Must be authorized to work in Canada, and not require work sponsorship

**COMPENSATION PACKAGE**:

- Starting wage of $23/hour, overtime paid at $34.5/hour.
- Wage increases to $24/hour after completing the training program, overtime paid at $36/hour
- Wage increases to $25/hour, once probation is passed, and you are meeting the Companies Performance threshold, overtime paid at $37.5/hour
- Benefits including extended healthcare, dental and health care spending account after 90 days
- Daily incentive bonus program
- Contribution to mobile phone plan

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **ABILITY TO WORK EVERY WEEKENDS**, and overtime as required
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or higher)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be clean shaven and able to pass a FIT Test
- **MUST HAVE A minimum of 2 years of interior detailing experience**:

- Knowledge of Calgary is an asset
- Be self-motivated, with a ready to work attitude, must be reliable, and organized with the ability to prioritize, and execute the job efficiently, with a high attention to detail
