Our division is experiencing hyper growth. We are looking for a high energy, HR Professional who can support this environment of change with strong leadership and superlative business acumen. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and the General Manager to support and strengthen the talent of our aggressive team striving for record setting results.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resource function, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits and compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

You will partner with Department Heads and provide support in the areas of coaching, organizational development, conflict resolution, compensation, and change management. The ability to work collaboratively across functional areas and with employees at all levels will be critical.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in the development and integration of human resource programs and initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives
- Provide day to day guidance to our team (conflict resolution, coaching, counseling, career development, performance management, disciplinary actions, etc.)
- Work closely with managers and employees throughout the organization to understand business goals, priorities, challenges and promote a positive culture
- Implement and improve the employee experience by planning and executing the Wellness program, team building events, social committee events, charity initiatives, and workplace enhancements
- Supporter and developer of Diversity and Inclusion activities
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Lead language law compliance activities and promote the francization of our team
- Maintain HR records on Oracle and benefit partner platforms
- Stay current in all employment, safety and health laws and regulation to ensure compliance

**Basic Qualifications**
- Strong business acumen to understand the business and talent needs of a fast
- growing organization
- Superlative recruiting skills to ensure a deep base of talent to support the growth of the business
- Experience in organizations that have undergone significant growth and/or change
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage the climate and culture of the organization
- Ability to instill trust to allow for honest and open communication across the organization
- Highly collaborative style with a demonstrated ability to work in teams, as both a lead and a supporting team member
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
- 3-5 years of relevant human resources experience
- Fully Bilingual
- Bachelor Degree (BS/BA)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- MBA or Master’s in related field
- Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience
