**Administrative Duties**:
- Handle large volumes of incoming calls and take detailed messages
- Answer and direct phone calls and ensure messages are delivered to the correct individuals
- Update and distribute customers telephone listings when necessary
- Greet customers and visitors ensuring optimum customer service
- Maintain the housekeeping of the reception area
- Posting social media advertisements
- Download photos from the vendors' websites
**Requirements are as follows**:
- Experienced in using the cash register system
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with team members and management in a team environment
- Must be punctual
- Open to work additional hours as needed
- Be clear and careful in doing thing; work conscientiously and is responsible
- Experienced using Facebook/Twitter/ Instagram and etc
- Skilled in using Office Word, Excel, and other software
- Able to communicate in English professionally
- Good communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a bonus
- Have relevant customer service experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
Additional pay:
