Inclusion Support Worker

**Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide one on one assistance to students, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with students, to support their daily activities. This position requires a nurturing attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
**Duties**
As an Inclusion Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care to students, including assistance with diapering and dressing.
- Supporting students with meal times.
- Documenting student progress and reporting any changes in behaviour or routine.
- Assisting student with daily activities while promoting independence as much as possible.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an Inclusion Support role is mandatory
- Familiarity with child care practices and working in a Montessori classroom.
- A compassionate demeanour with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and their families.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.80-$16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
