We rely on clear procedures, realistic timelines, and careful attention to detail. **What You’ll Do**: - Run end-to-end payroll (biweekly and/or monthly) across multiple Canadian provinces. - Prepare and submit remittances to CRA/Revenue Québec; calculate deductions and withholdings. - Prepare and reconcile T4/T4A, ROE, year-end files, and supporting schedules. - Maintain employee records: rates, schedules, vacation, sick time, and benefits. - Post payroll journal entries and produce reports for accounting. - Track regulatory updates and meet filing/payment deadlines. - Respond to employee questions about pay in a clear and professional way. **What We’re Looking For**: - 2+ years of Canadian payroll experience. - Working knowledge of ESA, CRA rules, provincial standards, vacation pay, overtime, and benefits. - Hands-on experience with one or more of: ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, Payworks, QuickBooks Payroll, HRIS tools. - Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data validation). - Accuracy with numbers, comfort with checklists and deadlines. - PCP (National Payroll Institute) certification is an asset (or willingness to pursue it). - Multi-province payroll experience is an advantage. **What We Offer**: - Schedule: Monday to Friday with a flexible start time. - Work model: Office/hybrid (to be discussed during the offer stage). - Health and dental benefits after probation. - Support for professional development and certification (e.g., PCP). **How to Apply**: Click "Apply" on Indeed and attach your resume.
