Key Responsibilities:
**Project Management**
- Define project scope, schedule, and budget, identify associated risks and constraints, and develop a plan to manage those risks and constraints.
- Assign tasks, set targets, and meet regularly with the project team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor and track project progress using project management tools and methodologies.

**Client Reporting & Communications**
- Serve as the primary liaison between the internal team and clients, providing regular updates, reports, and meeting summaries.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular status calls with clients.
- Provide portfolio and project updates to clients regularly.
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of project management experience managing multiple small projects, ideally in a client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Familiarity with budgeting and invoicing processes.
- PMP or similar certification would be an asset.
- No prior industry experience required.
