**A day in the life**:

- Administer and manage various service contracts, including Extended Limited Warranty, Star Certified Warranty, Prepaid Maintenance, and Prepaid Maintenance Select.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to the department, including competitor analysis.
- Update and maintain customer and vehicle information in systems such as PASS and ASSET.
- Monitor and improve the contract administration process.
- Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders on contract and warranty inquiries.
- Participate in business meetings with internal and external partners.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by projects or business needs.

Qualifications

**General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- **MS Office Proficiency**: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required. Skills testing will be part of the recruitment process.
- **Recruitment Timeline**: The recruitment process may begin as early as January 15, 2025, and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams).
- **Hybrid Role**: This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
