**Job Title**: Store Manager - Burrito Franchise

**Location**: Oakville, Ontario, Canada

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:
○ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.

○ Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.

○ Oversee food preparation and quality control to ensure adherence to brand standards.

○ Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- **Customer Service**:
○ Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues effectively.

○ Train staff on customer service best practices and ensure consistency in service delivery.

○ Solicit customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Team Leadership**:
○ Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of kitchen staff and front-of-house employees.

○ Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.

○ Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
- **Financial Management**:
○ Manage store expenses and labor costs to ensure profitability.

○ Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

○ Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:
○ Execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and drive sales.

○ Collaborate with the franchise owner and marketing team to implement brand marketing strategies at the local level.

○ Actively engage with the local community to build brand awareness and generate customer loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry, preferably in a fast-casual restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certification or training in hospitality management or related field is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
