**Equipment Operator with Class 3**

Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company currently hiring an Equipment Operator with Class 3 to join our team working in Northern locations. Penn-co offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary. **Responsibilities**:

- Drive concrete mixer trucks, delivering concrete on site
- Drive tandem gravel trucks
- Operate other equipment as needed
- Work alongside labourers assisting with operations
- Complete minor maintenance and checks on equipment
- Ensure safety for all team members and property
- Help with general labour when required
- Working outdoors, exposure to the elements
- Extended work hours as required
- Travel from Winnipeg to Northern sites

**Qualifications**:

- Class 3 drivers license
- Ability to operate other equipment such as telehandler is an asset
- Construction experience an asset, go beyond the job duties by supporting the team on the ground and labouring as required
- Able to work efficiently and safely
