Our head office in Brampton is looking for an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of Collections Representative. The purpose of this position is to assist in the collection on accounts receivable and account maintenance.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Collect on balance dues.
- Processing and researching disputed accounts receivables.
- Process payments and credit notes.
- Send past due notices.
- Send account statements.
- Various assigned tasks as requested.

**Position Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years Accounts Receivables/Collections experience preferred.
- Bilingualism in French is considered an asset.
- Professional, positive attitude.
- Great attention to detail.
- Transportation experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Good communication skills and ability to provide effective feedback.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
