Administrative Assistant Needed

Administrative Assistant to help improve efficiency and productivity at Daston Management Consultants. This position must possess excellent customer service skills, record keeping, and administrative support. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. This position requires the ability to organize work and set priorities. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media platforms, as well as client database maintenance are essential.
Job duties:
Exhibit strong customer service skills as well as co-worker relations
Have the ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining good organizational skills under pressure and within time frames
Be a self-starter and able to motivate others
Accountabilities:
Greet Clients,Answer Phone Calls,Schedule Appointments,Resolve client questions and/or concerns,Service existing clients,Maintain Social Media, Provide administrative support,Maintain client information in a database and Proactively support Financial Advisors and assist them in providing efficient and high quality service.
Pay per hour is depending on Experience. Job runs strictly from Mondays to Fridays.

- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
