**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Strong customer / business facing skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to produce and review business cases
- Be part of peer review sessions with other Business Analysts
- Ability to work well within small teams
- Ensure documents are complete, current, version controlled and appropriately stored.
- Conduct financial analysis to support the department success
- Conduct market research and prepare and maintain ongoing research
- Review and provide financial analysis on business opportunities.
- Preparation of presentation materials for presentation to the executive
- Work with coordinators and sales account managers to identify potential business/sales opportunities for other lines of business
- Work with charter coordinators, SOCC and the Director of Operations to ensure resource usage is maximized to meet charter and client requests
- Audit the quoting process to ensure accuracy of quotes
- Work closely with Commercial Operations, SOCC and Finance to bring efficiency to the Charter quoting process to ensure timely response to all potential clients
- Special projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field;.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Advanced technical and documentation skills, including strong working knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
