**Job description**

**Position: ServiceNow Admin**

**MJB Technology Solutions is looking for a ServiceNow Admin with following skills as part of our team**:

- Administrate the workflows on the software, implement new systems or add-ons.
- Ensures operational integrity of workflows and configurations.
- Commit to the continuous improvement and learning development of ServiceNow emerging trends and technology
- Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for the operations of the ServiceNow platform.
- Create, maintain, and enhance team dashboards, analytics, and reporting
- Advise on features and functionality.
- Resolve ServiceNow incidents and fulfill routine service requests.
- Monitor ServiceNow enhancement work queue

**What will you need to succeed in this role?**
- 2-5 Years of experience as ServiceNow Administrator
- Experience managing ITSM vendor partners
- Strong communication and key metric understanding skills
- Strong analytical presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams (strong multitasking)
- Coding experience (java script) is an asset
