**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement diverse workout programs tailored to various fitness levels.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Foster a supportive community atmosphere through effective communication and customer service.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to help them reach their individual goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area, including equipment setup and breakdown.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and certifications to enhance personal skills and class offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer role is preferred.
- At least a basic level of nutrition knowledge, ideally more specific knowledge on how to guide clients on dietary habits/changes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and encourage participation among clients.
- Certification in Personal Training is mandatory.
- Must carry personal liability insurance. (We can help obtain this if you're unsure of how)
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals. Join us in making a positive impact on our community's health through engaging fitness instruction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week
