**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Customs Broker Agent - Compliance Administration** to join our dynamic team in Winnipeg, MB. In this in-office position, you will work directly under the guidance of the Compliance Manager to support a wide range of compliance-related functions critical to our customs brokerage operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain all compliance-related records and filing systems
- Process B2 adjustments, CERS submissions, and applicable permits within required timelines
- Assist in preparing for and responding to routine audits and regulatory reviews
- Type and transcribe correspondence and documentation as directed
- Maintain compliance review files, including follow-ups required by regulatory bodies
- Perform routine compliance-related documentation and reporting tasks
- Provide backup reception coverage as requested
- Participate in special compliance projects (e.g., Free Trade Agreement verifications)

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Previous experience in a customs brokerage role** is required
- Strong knowledge of customs adjustment procedures and compliance regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient and comfortable working with various computer systems and software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with mínimal supervision
