Deli Server

Caffe Fantastico is an established independent, quality focused and family owned coffee company, with three bustling locations in Victoria. We have an upcoming opportunity for a **Deli Server**at our Fantastico bar-deli location at Dockside Green.

**An experienced deli server will have**
- Previous training to be able to confidently prepare deli orders including slicing meats, cutting cheeses, portioning house products and packaging up orders would be a huge asset.
- Confidence in basic food preparation and handling including sandwiches, charcuterie boards.
- Experience with cleaning and maintaining deli equipment, in rhythm with daily opening and closing procedures.
- A high level of professionalism and customer service that has been fine tuned in previous job experiences
- Food and beverage serving experience, confident in opening and pouring wine, beer and cider.
- A confidence in sales through suggestion, recommendation and product knowledge.

We offer a starting wage of $18.50/hr and our employee tips are $5 - $8/hr, plus lots of room to grow in our business.

We are fully licensed and have a creative and friendly kitchens. Great gratuities reflect a team approach in sharing great local food, craft beer and wine.

Starting as part time, this position can grow with us quickly as desired.
