**Responsibilities**
- Dispatching experience is considered an asset.
- Scheduling trucks and drivers.
- Batching concrete on computerized system.
- Inventory control.
- Operate front end loader if required.
- Excellent customer relations.
- Knowledge of concrete industry.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
- Have a valid driver's license and driver’s abstract according to company policy.
- Meet all Safety requirements and policies.
- Pre-employment drug screening in effect.
