**Job Summary**
As a server at AURA, you will be responsible for creating and driving the guest dining experience by ensuring professional, passionate, and proficient food and beverage service is provided at all times, with a high level of menu knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with bussing tables as needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of bartending is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak dining hours efficiently

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $17.20 per hour
