Insurance Agent

We at Sussex Insurance are looking for an Road Insurance Agent to join our growing team
- 6+ months of previous insurance experience, but willing to train from the ground up for the right person.
- Motivated to achieve goals.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Well versed in computer programs / technology.
- Handling client retention with ease.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide insurance quotes and sell new policies to clientele.
- Swiftly manage walk-in traffic transactions and inquiries.
- Follow-up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
- Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and systematic changes.
- Be proactive with individual filing tasks and organization.
- Generate leads by referral or community input.
- Provide timely renewal calls for existing customer business.
- Provide Dealership road service, after 6 months experience, if applicable
- You’ll promote optional coverage and cross sell, all while building relationships with clients, colleagues and our dealerships partners.

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Fundamentals or CAIB 1,2,3,4 License? (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
