**Duties**
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs while ensuring a clean living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Support clients with dementia care and other cognitive impairments, providing patience and understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.

**Skills**
- Strong background in patient care, particularly in senior care settings.
- Experience with caregiving for individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for client mobility assistance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and families.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of those in your care.
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment while providing home care services.
