- Promote and complete the sales process of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service.
- Educate customers about Mercedes-Benz vehicles, newest technology and services.
- Respond to sales inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion.
- Present vehicle in a customer-oriented manner, ensuring a delightful handover.
- Demonstration of vehicles features on delivery: Bluetooth pairing, Navigation System, Audio System, Vehicle Safety Technology.

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
- Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment (2 years)
- Bilingual is an asset
- Mercedes-Benz product knowledge is an asset, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention-to-detail
- Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Valid driver's license
- Computer skills: MS Office (intermediate), Outlook, One-Eighty
