**Job Opportunity**:Part-Time Administrator

**Location**: Remote and at Friends’ Bingo Hall, 70 Montreal Rd, Ottawa, ON K1L 6E7

**About Us**:
The Friends’ Bingo Hall Charities Association supports various charities through our bingo sessions. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team and help manage operations in compliance with AGCO guidelines.

**Position**: Part-Time Administrator

**Hours**:Approximately 60 hours per month

**Compensation**: Contractual position. Salary between $25,000 and $35,000 per year, commensurate with knowledge and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform daily administrative functions for the charities hosting bingo sessions and related activities.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to bingo operations.

Ensure compliance with provincial and municipal bingo gaming regulations.

Provide excellent service to charities and ensure they offer high-quality customer service to players.

Perform basic accounting tasks and financial reporting.

Collaborate with the Bingo Hall manager to support overall operations.

**Qualifications**:
Previous administrative experience is preferred.

Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software.

Familiarity with Ontario bingo gaming regulations is an asset.

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
