Located in Winchester, ON - Kabinets by Design is a rapidly growing small business working in both the residential and commercial industry. We provide custom kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, closets and more. We are seeking a driven individual to join our small team and support our manufacturing operation.

**Responsibilities**
- Visually inspect raw materials before beginning production.
- Reading and understanding shop drawings
- Assemble cabinetry and drawers with the use of various hand/power tools.
- Setup and operate machinery, such as CNC router, automatic edge bander, table saw, hinge boring press.
- Loading and offloading material for CNC routing.
- Loading and offloading cabinets for delivery.
- Inventory tasks for projects.
- Cleaning and general maintenance tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bend and lift up to 50 Lbs.
- Work independently after training to perform assigned tasks.
- Motivated to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver's license.

**Details**

Full/Part-time, Permanent positions available - Summer positions available

**Salary**: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday

Growth Opportunities

Upon successful completion of the probationary period, a safety boot credit up to $150 will be given with valid receipt.
